- A: If you're using your personal device, you'll need to download Bluebook onto it. Then, follow a few simple steps to get your device ready for test day. For students testing on school-managed devices, this step will be completed for them. On test day, you'll log in to Bluebook, complete a quick check-in process, and then start your test. The app provides you with tools throughout the test, including a timer to keep track of your time in each section and to remind you when it's time for a break. After the test, Bluebook will automatically submit your answers.
Q4: Do I need a College Board account to use Bluebook for the digital SAT?
- A: If you're taking the SAT on a weekend, you'll log in to Bluebook with your College Board account. However, if you're taking the SAT on a school day, you'll receive a unique user ID to access the application.
